We changed the name of our Wednesday morning Zoom meetings from “Mindfulness Caregiving Stress Reduction” to “Forum on Compassionate Care” in May 2023. The Mindfulness Caregiving Stress Reduction Meetings were started in April 2020, i.e., the beginning of the Covid-19 Pandemic to help people to cope with the anxiety and stress via the Mindfulness practice. Thank you for your support in the last three years. We decided to change the name of the forum to better reflect the nature and the purpose of this forum after the pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
