正念的自我照顧 Mindful Self-Care Workshop – 8/27/22, 4:00-5:30 pm PT*  
安心茶話屋 Heart to Heart® Cafe – 9/17/22, 4:00-6:00 pm PT*  
事前療護計劃 Advance Care Planning – 9/24/22, 4:00-5:30 pm PT  
安寧緩和療護 Hospice & Palliative Care – 10/1/22, 4:00-5:30 pm PT

 *活動以普通話或英語進行，提供英語和普通話同步口譯。 English/Mandarin simultaneous interpretation provided.
** 提供一小時CE Credit. 1.0 Contact Hour (1.0 CE) available for RN, SW, MFT, LEP, LPCC & MCLE. Must complete program evaluation for CE.

CACCC is proud to recognize Judy Thomas, JD, (茱蒂 湯姆斯) CEO of the Coalition for Compassionate Care of California (CCCC), as the recipient of CACCC’s 2022 Community Award. Judy has made extraordinary, significant, and demonstrated contributions and advancement to the betterment of all Californians, and has made a national impact, as well.
For the past 25 years, Judy’s leadership, advocacy and seminal work in advancing healthcare for Californians – from serious illness, end-of-life care, advance care planning, Physician Orders for Life Sustaining Treatment (POLST), long-term care, palliative care, to cultural considerations, development of standardized curriculums, public policy, to on-the-ground program implementation – has been exemplary.
