Gary S. Lee, MD, is a board-certified internist, geriatrician, and hospice/palliative medicine physician. He worked for over 25 years as a general internist and palliative care doctor at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, and he helped to start and develop the palliative care program at SCVMC. He is semi-retired but continues to teach and see patients with the inpatient palliative care team at SCVMC. He has served as a medical director with Suncrest Hospice and as the co-president of the CACCC board of directors. He is currently a board member with the Coda Alliance.
