In September, 2025, CACCC received $10,000 grant from the Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group Community Health Care Endowment Fund. The funds will go towards developing CACCC’s new Suicide Prevention Program (SPP) benefiting the Chinese American Community of older adults, family caregivers, caregivers, multigenerational families, individuals, ages 18-44 years and older, as well as individuals and families living with serious illness, residing in Santa Clara County and in the service areas of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.

In April, 2026, CACCC received a $1,000 sponsorship grant from Kaiser Permanente (KP) South Bay and Central Coast for its Suicide Prevention: Be Sensitive, Be Brave (BSBB) Workshop, conducted in Mandarin and Cantonese, to be held virtually on Saturday, May 2, 2026 from 4:30 pm-8:30 pm PDT. The KP sponsorship grant will support trainings towards safe messaging, dispelling the stigma surrounding the topic of suicide, and encourage those at risk to access care sooner, among Chinese American residents of Santa Clara County.
