Dr. Cynthia Pan, MD, FACP, AGSF, is the Chief of the Division of Geriatrics & Palliative Care Medicine at Queens Presbyterian Hospital in New York City, Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at Weill Cornell Medical College, and Adjunct Associate Professor in Geriatrics & Palliative Medicine at The Mount Sinai School of Medicine. Dr. Pan has more than 20 years of experience in hospice and palliative care.
