Dr. Luo graduated from the University of California Davis School of Medicine in 2002. She specializes in Internal Medicine, Pain Medicine, and Hospice and Palliative Care. Dr. Luo currently works at Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center. She leads the outpatient palliative care program, established an Oncology Supportive Care Clinic, and recently initiated a home health specialty palliative care program. She also serves as an associate professor at the Kaiser Permanente Institute of Medical Education.
