Dr. Sheng-Jean Huang is a retired neurosurgeon and former Superintendent of Taipei City Hospital. He has longstanding expertise and interest in neurotrauma, neurointensive care, integrated community / home-based Health Care, and palliative care. As a pioneer and pilot of Taiwanese palliative and holistic care, Dr. Huang has led medical teams in stepping outside the hospital and stepping into the community to deliver unique and comprehensive home-based community palliative care service.
