CACCC was recently awarded the 2023 Award for Excellence in Program Innovation from the Archstone Foundation and The Aging and Public Health Section of The American Public Health Association for its Heart to Heart Cafe Program that facilitates the discussion of end-of-life issues in a safe and comfortable space.
