Gordon Chen, PhD – Why Is it So Tough to Receive Feedback?

Gordon has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston and was the General Manager for the Taiwan and Greater Asia regions for a multinational company. In recent years, Gordon has been involved in talent development, helping companies to strengthen their employee management skills. He is a volunteer and training instructor for CACCC.
