CACCC is a Chinese American community organization. We are a group of volunteers who want to be involved in end-of-life services. We provide many services, including community education, so that people can think about the end-of-life issues that everyone has to face while they are still healthy. We also do a lot of community outreach and training for volunteers, in the hope that these volunteers will be able to provide support for our patients and families facing the end of life. In addition, we went to all the hospitals, we have about 80 partner hospitals, to teach them how to better serve the Chinese community. We also produce a lot of translated and self-created literature on end-of-life issues.
