Shirley Chang – Post-Pandemic Mindfulness: Facing Hardship with Courage

Pessimists say that setbacks are stumbling blocks on the road of life, while optimists say that trials and tribulations are the driving force of life. Beliefs and mindsets bring everyone a different kind of life! We’ll explore how to face all kinds of difficulties in life. This week, CACCC will have Shirley Chang lead us in mindful stress reduction. Shirley is one of the trained instructors of CACCC’s Mindfulness Caregiving Stress Reduction program, and is also a volunteer for the Patient Ambassador program in Northern California.
