Jeanne Wun – Chair Yoga

This week, Jeanne Wun, a yoga teacher, will introduce you to Chair Yoga. Jeanne is a volunteer at CACCC. She has been teaching yoga classes for many years and is a chair yoga teacher at AARP. Chair Yoga is especially suitable for older adults because of its low risk of falling and its ability to stretch the body; it incorporates breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve sleep.
