Jeanne Wun – Chair Yoga

Jeanne Wun, a yoga teacher, will introduce Chair Yoga. Jeanne is a volunteer at CACCC. She has been teaching yoga classes for many years and is a chair yoga teacher at AARP. Chair Yoga is especially suitable for older adults, as it has limited risk of falls, stretches the body, and incorporates breathing techniques to reduce stress and improve sleep. AARP welcomes CACCC members to join its Chair Yoga classes on Thursday mornings.
